  • When: Initial: 15 BUSINESS DAYS prior to starting. Annual: August 15 for continuation.
  • Where: Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE)
  • How to submit: Online via OSSE or email: OSSE.Homeschool@dc.gov
