**HB 46 (July 2025) DEREGULATION**: NO notification required if you've never enrolled in public school. NO annual curriculum submission anymore. **If withdrawing from public school**: Must have **in-person meeting** with district admin and sign written withdrawal consent (one-time event). 7 subjects required (Reading, Writing, Math, Civics, History, Literature, Science) - must be 'sequentially progressive'. NO testing. **Sports GUARANTEED** (WHSAA). No state form.
