- Instruction: Align with national curriculum standards (Ley 28044); freedom of teaching per Const. art. 13.
Records to keep
- Records: Maintain records for convalidación; SIAGIE required for official certificates.
Testing and assessment
- Testing: Validation via institutional evaluation per RM 0234-2005-ED; no homeschool-specific tests.
- Assessment: Convalidación by CEBA or authorized schools; UGEL may oversee but prefers institutions.
Deadlines
- Matrícula for certification: Recurring: March (school year start)
- Convalidación submission: Prior to grade completion
